Technical Service
Every Mitutoyo product is supported by our comprehensive technical service. Our Technical Service Department provides a full range of services, including calibration, repair, installation, and relocation of Mitutoyo equipment. All service engineers are rigorously trained at the MAP Training Center and are fully Mitutoyo-certified, ensuring reliable and professional support at all times.
CALIBRATION
Mitutoyo offers comprehensive calibration services for a wide range of measuring equipment. Calibration of metrology instruments is performed on-site at the customer’s facility, while small tools and reference equipment are calibrated in Mitutoyo’s in-house laboratory.
Calibration services are available either with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation or with Mitutoyo logo certification, allowing customers to select the option that best suits their quality and compliance requirements.

*To further support CMM performance and reliability, Mitutoyo offers the Ultimate Solution for Coordinate Measuring Machines. The agreement provides peace of mind by covering manufacturing defects and accidental damage at no additional cost.
On-site calibration and repair services are complemented by proactive maintenance based on data analysis, helping to prevent issues before they occur.
